Child Safeguarding Policy

The protection of every child TOPP serves is our highest priority, above all other organisational interests.

Zero Tolerance

TOPP has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct involving children. Any breach results in immediate suspension, investigation, and referral to authorities.

Our commitments

All staff and volunteers vetted before any contact with children
Mandatory safeguarding training for all team members
Designated safeguarding lead responsible for all concerns
No adult alone with a child in an unsupervised private setting
No child image or story shared without full written parental consent
Direct digital contact between adults and children prohibited outside approved channels

Report a concern

If you have a concern about any child connected to TOPP, as a parent, volunteer, donor, or community member, report it immediately.
