TIER 1 · BOARD GOVERNANCE
Board of Trustees
Approves budgets, appoints the Executive Director, reviews quarterly finances, and commissions annual audit. Minimum 3 trustees.

Executive Director
Public face and operational leader. Manages programmes, staff, and partnerships. Reports directly to the Board.
