Only for the purpose it was provided. Donor data: to acknowledge gifts and send reports. Volunteer data: to manage roles and scheduling. Beneficiary data: to deliver and evaluate programmes.

5. Children's data

Handled with the highest care. Parental consent obtained before collecting any data on a child. No child's image or story is shared publicly without full written consent.
